In these days we are not having enough time to keep our skin healthy.Good skin care and healthy lifestyle choices can help delay natural ageing and prevent various skin problems.

Follow the below pro tips to keep your skin healthy .


1. PROTECT YOURSELF FROM SUN.



One of the most important way to keep your skin healthy is to protect yourself from sun. A lifetime of sun exposure may leads to wrinkles ,age spots and other skin problems.

For most complete sun protection.

  • USE A SUNSCREEN--Use a broad spectrum sunscreen of SPF of at least 15.
  • SEEK SHADE--Avoid sun between 10 AM and 4PM.
  • WEAR PROTECTIVE CLOTHING--Cover your screen with tightly woven long -sleeved shirts , long pants and brimmed hat

2. QUIT SMOKING.




Smoking may cause your skin looks older and leads to wrinkles.Smoking narrows the tiny blood vessels in the outermost layer of the skin which decreases blood flow and makes skin paler.

3. TREAT YOUR SKIN GENTLY.



Daily cleansing and shaving can take a toll on your skin.Too keep it gentle..

  • Limit bath time
  • Avoid strong soap
  • Shave carefully
  • Pat dry
  • Moisturize dry skin

4. EAT A HEALTHY DIET.



A healthy diet may help you look and feel your best. Try to eat a lot of vegetables, Fruits, whole grains and lean proteins. Drinking a plenty of water will keep your skin hydrated.

5.MANAGE STRESS.



Uncontrolled stress can make your skin more sensitive and trigger acne breakouts and other skin problems.Get enough sleep, set reasonable limits, back your do list and make time to do things your skin.
