BENEFITS OF LUKEWARM WATER IN MORNING

Today I am going to talk about the health benefits of drinking lukewarm water every morning.
As far as I know many of you are addicted to beverages like tea and coffee and after getting up in the morning you always demand a cup of tea or coffee. 
I know you will say you are not addicted as these dont causes any serious problems but sadly and in long run this beverages will cause you a lot of trouble which you are not familiar with.
I  was also used to have this habit of having early bed tea in morning but I noticed that I am getting addicted to this and addiction of anything is not fruitful.


WHY WE SHOULD AVOID TEA OR COFFEE IN EARLY MORNING??



1. METABOLIC ACTIVITY GET DISRUPTED

Due to imbalance of acidic and alkaline substance in the stomach your metabolic activity will get disrupted and you will be struggling throughout the day.

2. DEHYDRATES YOUR BODY

Many of you dont know that tea and coffee are diuretic in nature means that it will remove all the water from the body. After 8 hours of long sleep our body is already dehydrated and you are increasing it by just  consuming this syuffs.

3. ERODES THE ORAL HEALTH

Consuming tea or coffee in early morning leads to dental erosion .When you are consuming tea then the bacteria presents break the sugar and acid level rises and your beautiful teeth get eroded.

4. THE CAFFEINE HITS BACK.

As you know that caffeine will give you instant boost in energy level but consuming caffeine with empty stomach  having side effects like nausea or dizziness throughout the day.

5. CAUSES BLOATING

Tea also contains milk which when consumed with empty stomach may leads to bloating which leads to Gas and Constipation.



BENEFITS OF DRINKING LUKEWARM WATER.



1. KEEP YOUR BODY HYDRATED

After 8 hours of long sleep drinking 2-3 glasses of lukewarm water will keep your body hydrated for a long time.

2. REMOVES TOXINS FROM YOUR BODY.

Drinking lukewarm water with few lemon drops will removes the toxins that are being absorbed in internal organs.

3.PREVENTS GAS AND CONSTIPATION

All the gas and constipation related problems will be solved within a week,

4. GLOWING SKIN

If you are drinking lukewarm water then the dark circles and pimples will vanish within a month.



SO THESE ARE THE REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD AVOID TEA AND COFFEE IN THE MORNING AND START DRINKING GOOD DRINKS LIKE LUKEWARM WATER, FRUIT OR VEGETABLE JUICE.

I AM NOT SAYING YOU SHOULD COMPLETELY AVOID TEA AND COFFEE. YOU CAN TAKE THIS ONCE A DAY.

AND I WANT TO MAKE THIS VERY CLEAR THAT  IF YOU WANT TO CONSUME THIS STUFF THEN AT LEAST DON'T CONSUME THIS WITH EMPTY STOMACH.
