21/90 RULE

Welcome all to my new blog . As everyone of you knows that we all are stuck in Lockdown and many of you are frustrated as life has come to a pause for some time. There are people around the globe who are having dream of learning  new skills but always thought of having no time in pursuing their aim.

This is a very tough time for humankind as thousands of people are dying on a daily basis and all we can do is to maintain social distancing and keep ourselves sanitize.

So we are in our home throughout the day just waiting for the right time so that the shutdown gets over and then we can go out and have some fun.

Dont you think this is the perfect time for learning new skills like dancing, writing , reading, drawing and many more.

I am not talking only about this lockdown  period . You can learn any skill if you have courage and determination. I have talked to many friends of mine and I always convince them of doing some workout so that their mind and body functions well . So many of them starts working out(here I am talking about exercise , it can be any other skill in your case). So after 4-5 days they usually give up on them. See this usually happens to a large people in general. They lose patience and stop working on them.

"Rome wasn't built in a day"

All they want is the immediate results but the bitter truth is that good things take time and you have to invest your valuable time into it.

So what we can do:

In my case I followed  the 21/90 rule and through this I was able to workout on a daily basis, writing on a daily basis, reading on  a daily basis( I read  some good self helf books daily). All this I have achieved by following the 21/90 rule . Now you will say it only suits some person and not all but I want to tell all reading this blog that I have shared this technique with my friends. As I give more focus on health and motivation, I asked them to do some exercise for just 21 days with patience and after 21 days they said they were not able to skip the exercise. So these applies to a large group of people.

HOW TO START

1. GOAL SETTING.

First you have to decide what you want to accomplish. These could be a personal or can be a proffesional goal. Write your goal on a planner or it can be your desktop where its always visible.
Dont be afraid of starting from begining just GO and ROCK IT...

2. PLAN MAKING.

You should make a plan first on how to achieve your goal on a daily basis means you have to give some timing to that particular task with all one's heart. You also can share your goal to your close ones for statying motivated as they will remind of doing the stuff sincerly.

3. FOCUSSING.

Just focus on small things and dont fall for achieving big things at the same moment. If you keep focussing on small things then the rest will follow itself.

4. COMMITMENT.

If you want to make a habbit and probably a lifestyle you always dreamed of then you need to stay committed to your goal. This rule work only if you stick to the plan for consecutive days.

5. REPEATING.

You can repeat this rule again and again to make habit and a lifestyle. You start with small but always think for big goals. And in this way you will be able to make great changes to your life.
