COLD SHOWER VS. HOT SHOWER




Hello all my dear readers I welcome you all back to my new blog. I have been hearing stuffs like cold shower are better than hot one and vice versa from my childhood days. 


I just want to tell you all that all my childhood days I have taken only cold shower whatever the weather may be because I really enjoy taking a cold shower . I am not saying that cold shower are better than hot one in all respect  and all should take it. 


As we all know everything has got it pros and cons and here also there are some related to cold and hot shower.



COLD SHOWER

BENEFITS:





1. COLD SHOWER CALM THE ITCHY SKIN

You heard it right if you like itchiness through your skin you should opt for cold shower. It helps you overcome the itchiness in a short interval of time.


2. COLD SHOWER HELPS YOU WAKE UP IN THE MORNING

After waking up we all uses water splash over the face so that the sleeping sensation can be ended.
And you can also take a cold shower in the morning to get a fresh and refreshing start for rest of your day.

3. COLD SHOWER HELPS IN REDUCING MUSCLES SORENESS.

Yes this is a hack you can use in winter to reduce the muscle soreness after a heavy workout session.

4. COLD SHOWER HELPS YOU GIVE A HEALTHY AND GLOWING SKIN.

After scientific research it has been concluded that cold shower is also good for your skin and it also helps your hair becoming stronger.

1. COLD SHOWER IS ACTUALLY A BAD IDEA IF YOU ARE ALREADY SUFFERING WITH COLD .

If you are suffering with cold then you should rather opt for hot shower as taking a cold shower in cold can make the situation worse.

2. COLD SHOWER IS NOT PREFERRED IF YOU ARE SICK OR
     HAVING FEVER.

It helps in reducing body tension and help soothe muscles fatigue.

Hot shower helps in opening the pores by which you can clear the trapped dirt and oil.

3.HOT SHOWER HELPS IN COLD AND RELIEF RESPIRATORY PROBLEMS .

Taking a hot shower helps you preventing cold and fever and it is a natural way of fighting cold.

1. INCREASING ITCHINESS

If you are continuously taking hot shower then level of itchiness can  be greatly enhanced then you can switch to cold shower.

2. INCREASING BLOOD PRESSURE

It is true that hot shower can raise your blood pressure and can harm you.

3. SKIN PROBLEMS.

If you are having an appointment to a dermatologist related to skin care then it is advised that you should avoid hot shower and opt for cold shower.



AFTER LOOKING AT THE PROS AND CONS OF BOTH HOT SHOWER AND COLD SHOWER  IT IS ADVISED THAT  IN MAJORITY OF CASES WHEN YOU ARE NOT DEALING WITH ANY COLD AND FEVER PROBLEMS WE ALL SHOULD OPT FOR COLD SHOWER AS IT HAS GOT A MORE NUMBER OF BENEFITS .
