DEALING WITH STRESS

Welcome all to my blog. Today we will be talking about a serious problem or a disorder we can say ,
yes  you  know it is non other than stress and anxiety.

Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension and it is a body's reaction to challenge or demand.

Common sign of stress are:

  • Low energy.
  • Headaches.
  • Upset stomach, including diarrhea, constipation, and nausea.
  • Aches, pains, and tense muscles.
  • Chest pain and rapid heartbeat.
  • Insomnia.
  • Frequent colds and infections.
  • Loss of sexual desire and/or ability.

It is very sad to admit that one third of world population are dealing with stress and anxiety on a daily basis and they dont even realised that this can cause serious health issues in future.lets see how this affect us
So you can clearly see that stress affects every part of the body and the consequences are horrible.

Let see what events cuases stress and anxiety

  • The death of a loved one.
  • Divorce.
  • Loss of a job.
  • Increase in financial obligations.
  • Getting married.
  • Moving to a new home.
  • Chronic illness or injury.
  • Emotional problems (depression, anxiety, anger, grief, guilt, low self-esteem)

The above list is not under our control . The only control we are having is that we can change the way of living and dealing with this kind of horrible stuffs.

1. GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE

Indulge yourself in physical activities like playing an otdoor sport , working out in a gym, yoga and many more things.

2.  DO SOME WRITINGS

This is my personal favorite that is to keep a stress diary. Whenever you feel low esteem and confidence just write your feelings .It is like talking to a person who is a good secret keeper and in this way you will feel relaxed.

3. DO  SOME MENTAL WORK

You have to train your mind as you know this is a cruel world. For this you can play mind games or I will prefer playing chess. But my personal favorite is Meditation.Meditation at starting will be quite difficult but as the time passes you gonna enjoy it and you can make this your habbit . just follow this making a habit

4. SAY NO TO BEVERAGES( BAD ONES)

Caffeine , Alcohol and Nicotine may give you pleasure for short interval of time but destroys your thinkng capability in long run so please avoid this as I have quite a good experience in this kind of stuffs. You can have fruit juice and milk instead( this adds nutrients to your body)

5. STAY AWAY FROM TOXIC PEOPLE

Keep yourself surrounded with positive people and keep away from toxic people.A good friend is equivalent to a library.

6. GO AND GET SOME HELP BOOKS

Start reading self help books. My favorite books are The secret by Rhonda Byrne, Deep work by Cal Neport , The Alchemist by Paulo Coehlo , The Autobiography of a Yogi(personal favorite), And Bhagvad Gita(base of all knowledge).

7. KNOW YOURSELF

Start exploring yourself . Give yourself a plenty of time so that you can know yourself and your talent. Just take your talent out of the box and your talent may be out of the box ,if you know what I mean.

8. SAY YES TO YOUR DREAMS

And last point according to my experiences is that you should never Give Up on You.

Staying Motivated Throughout the Day

1. Build a business around your passion. When you do something you truly love it’s not hard to find the motivation needed to succeed. If you are involved in an industry that bores you it will be hard to dig down and find that motivation when you need it because you aren’t truly passionate about what you are doing. I started my  marketing  agency after several failed businesses, because the marketing aspect of each business was the only thing I really enjoyed doing. I wake up every morning motivated simply because I love what I do. But, passions can change and it’s important that you pivot with them. For example, after five years of providing marketing services, I’m currently pivoting into more of an  online marketing consulting agency . Over the years I’ve grown fonder of consulting with in-house teams and helping them build and scale, rather than just providing various services. Follow your passion and you will never experience a lack of motivation. 2. Always have long-term
